Best aspects of my stay at this bed and breakfast were the lovely hosts, who provided a map and great suggestions for sightseeing. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with quirky decor that added to its charm. The location was perfect, just a short walk up to the old town and landmarks. the breakfast spread was delightful, and having access to food and drink throughout the day was a bonus. it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this accommodation.
Worst aspects of my stay were the issue with the keys. We were given three keys, and the one for the main door did not work, which left us stranded outside late at night.

Loved having a cozy seating area with a flat-screen TV, perfect for binge-watching my favorite shows while enjoying the continental breakfast. The free WiFi was a nice touch too, because who doesn't love scrolling through social media while on vacation?
Eavesdropping on other guests' conversations through thin walls was truly an unforgettable experience.

The bed and breakfast is ideally located near a nice little park and close to the main tourist attractions. Its location in the center of old town makes it easy to explore the area. the rooms are simple but well-kept and come with modern bathrooms. the staff is very helpful and the breakfast is decent. the facility also offers free Wi-Fi and parking.
Unlike some other nearby hotels or hostels, the parking may not be as easy to access, so it may require some extra effort.

They couldn't get enough of the swings, slide, and climbing frames. It was the perfect place for them to burn off some energy and have fun!
My kids wished there were more options for children's activities.

Mind-blowing location within walking distance to both old and modern town, super comfy bed, refreshing touch of water in the room, and spotlessly clean. The staff, despite some communication challenges, were jaw-droppingly friendly and helpful. Cuenca offers history, amazing architecture, delicious food, thrilling trekking opportunities, and incredibly friendly locals. The B&B, housed in a beautifully restored old house, boasts a tastefully modern bathroom. The room was simple yet satisfactory. The area surrounding the B&B is pleasant, with a charming little park nearby. The updated facilities and room were impressive, with the proprietor going above and beyond to anticipate our needs. We were delighted to find food, drinks, and a coffee maker available all day, conveniently located outside our room. The staff provided invaluable information and directions, making our stay even more enjoyable.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. the festive decorations and the fireplace in the lobby created a nice homey feeling. the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with hot cocoa and cookies upon our arrival. the location was also great, being close to some of the main attractions and restaurants in the area. We appreciated the convenience of being able to walk to most places.
The lack of flexibility regarding our arrival time. We had informed the hotel that we would be arriving late due to our travel plans, but upon arrival, we found that the front desk was unattended, and we had to wait outside in the cold until a staff member arrived.

During my xmas stay, I appreciated the self-serve breakfast with fresh bread and the availability of drinks all day long. , the location in between the historic and modern areas was great for easy access to both. the staff was very friendly and helpful, which made for an enjoyable stay.
There were a couple of negatives during my stay. The lack of English skills from the staff made communication difficult at times.

The room was so cozy and comfortable, I felt right at home. The private bathroom was a big plus, especially with the hairdryer and free toiletries provided. I loved having the convenience of a tea/coffee maker, microwave, and kitchenware in the double room.
Personally, I didn't find the balcony in the twin room too appealing, but I know others might enjoy it.
